If you want victory against a tough enemy, you'd better be just as proficient at waging war in the mind as on the battlefield. There are four Fighting Levels affecting the phsyical battlefield, the abstract battlefield, and both. The most basic level is that of Battle Tactics and Maneuvers. This level contains physical actions applicable down to the smallest scale duels, which are often one-time use only [one-timers], such as a flank or an ambush. The most complex level is that of Strategic Concepts, concepts which span both the real and the abstract. They affect all tactics and less complex concepts, and form the basis of strategy/campaigns. Those who control, utilize, and shut down the right Strategic Concepts at the right times tend to find great success in their wars.
